How to read a warehouse rent quote

A per-square-foot number is the start of the quote, not the whole of it.

Rent is often said as rupees per square foot per month. Two sheds at ₹ 22 and ₹ 24 are not automatically close if one is carpet and one is built-up, or if CAM is hidden.

Ask which area the rate multiplies, then separate rent from power deposit, park CAM, tax and lock-in.
