Large Inventory publishes introductions to commercial space. A card is the owner’s description, not a warranty by the desk. Availability, area, title, tax, and fire papers can change after a card is written.
You may browse, enquire, list, and send a requirement at no charge. You may not post a space you have no right to offer, scrape the desk to rebuild it elsewhere, or send notices that pretend to be the owner.
Listings you create in the browser stay on that device until you remove them. Do not put a password you use on your bank into the account form. The account is a local convenience, not a bank-grade login.
The desk is not a party to any lease, sale, or insurance policy. Rent, deposit, CAM, stamp duty, and possession are agreed by the people who sign. Where a project is introduced, the developer contracts, not Large Inventory.
Calculators are arithmetic aids. They are not a loan sanction and not tax advice. Unit conversions for cent and ground follow the conventions stated on that page.
We may refuse a card or a partner note that is incomplete, misleading, or outside commercial space. These terms sit with the privacy page.
